We've just started another super busy week here at Friesians Scotland, ahead getting the Friesians ready to be graded by the KFPS judges who will be joining us from the Netherlands.
We also have a couple doing their IBOP (ridden performance test). Spectators are welcome to join us on Saturday 21st September and Sunday 22nd September, please read on for more details.
Saturday 21st Sept (inspections): Start time 9am
Sunday 22nd Sept (show day): Start time 10am
This is the first time we have hosted a KFPS Inspection and I'm looking forward to the day.
Having recently become a director of UKFHS, I’m looking forward to working with the team to create more events for Friesian horses in Scotland and the rest of the UK over the coming years.
Following the Friesian Inspection on Saturday 21st September, we are also having a show for Friesian and Barock Pinto horses on Sunday 22nd September with in hand and ridden classes.
Catering on both days will be taken care of by Oaklie's, who kept us all well fed at our UK Barock Pinto inspection earlier in the year.
Our photographer will be Pamela Dunsmore who always takes lovely shots.
Spectators welcome on both days and these will be our final open days for 2024. The grading on Saturday starts at 9am and the show on Sunday starts at 10am.
